Free local delivery to Noosa Heads, Noosaville & Sunshine Beach with code NOOSA at checkout on orders over $50. If staying in Noosa on holiday, please note your resort name / room number as well as arrival date. Free exchanges for size on all local delivery orders.

All orders will be sent via Australia Post eParcel with a signature on delivery required. Please add a note to your order at checkout if you give authority to leave in a safe place. If delivery without signature is requested, Tiny Style will not be responsible for missing parcels which are shown to have been 'delivered' by Australia Post.

Order by 2pm for same day despatch (business days) Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be despatched on the following business day. Once despatched, you will receive a tracking email from Australia Post. You can also track your parcel by entering your tracking number here: https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html#/track

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note: we request that international orders are paid for via direct PayPal account. Credit card payments may be cancelled if proof of card ownership is not provided.

Tiny Style offer international flat rate postage with the following shipping options:

Pack & Track (not all countries available)

This shipping method can take up to 10 business days to arrive, tracking is available, $100 insurance and a signature on delivery are also included.

Registered Post

This shipping method can take up to 10 business days to arrive, is covered by $100 insurance and a signature on delivery is required. Tracking is unavailable with Registered Post International.

If your order has not arrived within the advised timeframe, please contact your local post office to see whether it is being held there as all orders will need to be signed for. If you are still unable to locate your parcels whereabouts, please email us and we will look into it for you. Once a Pack & Track or Registered Post item is more than 15 days late, we can lodge a formal investigation. 

Any duty and/or taxes are to be paid by the customer. Tiny Style will not be responsible for calculating duties and taxes payable, it is the responsibility of the customer. 

Returns will not be accepted unless the item is faulty. Please contact us at hello@tinystyle.com.au with any queries regarding your order.

PRE-ORDERS

Orders which contain both pre-order and in stock items will be shipped when pre-order items are in stock.

Orders will not be shipped separately, we advise that you place separate orders if you require in stock items to be shipped immediately.

The arrival date of pre-order items is out of our control. We do our best to advise an accurate release date, however, if delays or cancellations occur Tiny Style will not be held liable.

DELIVERY

We must have correct and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.

If you have special instructions relating to your delivery, please be sure to note them when viewing your cart in the 'add a note to your order' section at the bottom of the page.

To guarantee delivery, it is best to send your parcel to your office or somewhere where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive your parcel, it will usually be left in a secure location or a card will be left and your order will be sent to the nearest post office where you will need to sign to pick it up if Registered Post has been requested. 

If an incorrect address is provided resulting in your order being returned to us, your order will be resent at your expense. Shipping costs for resent orders may vary depending on the size and weight of the items. Please check your address details carefully before placing an order.
