RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Tiny Style we pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers. We want you to enjoy your purchases and shopping with us. If something isn’t right we’re happy to offer a credit note or exchange. If you are unsure of sizing, please contact us by email or Facebook before placing your order and we will assist you.
You may return most new and unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a credit note or exchange of the item/s.
If an exchange is requested for an order delivered in Australia, we will cover the cost of shipping back to you (via regular post with signature on delivery) for your first exchange on every purchase. For any additional exchanges, you will incur the postage costs. For international orders, the customer will be required to pay for the cost of shipping for all exchanges.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our team members will assist you through this process.
Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges for returns unless of course the item was flawed or damaged.
If an incorrect item is received, Tiny Style must be notified within 14 days of receiving the order. It is the customers responsibility to check all items upon delivery.

We strongly suggest tracked/insured Parcel Post as tinystyle.com.au is not liable for lost or damaged return packages.
Exchanges: Return the items to be exchanged and include your packing slip, noting details of exchange request. Please email us if you would like an exchange item reserved, we are happy to put an item on hold for two weeks from invoice date. If the exchange item you are after is no longer in stock, a credit note will be issued instead.
Returns: Return the items for a credit note. You will be credited for the items as soon as they are received in original condition.
Damaged/Faulty/Incorrect Items: At Tiny Style, all items are carefully checked prior to dispatch. However, if merchandise is found to be damaged, faulty or not as originally ordered; please contact us via email at email@example.com and we will happily arrange a repair (if applicable), refund or replacement.
The item/s must be returned to Tiny Style within 14 days of the invoice date.
Item/s must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in original condition - this includes all original tags and packaging intact.
Upon inspecting the returned item/s we will happily issue you with a Tiny Style credit note for the purchase value of the item/s. Credit notes are valid for 12 months and are issued via email. Please note that shipping fees will not be credited.
In the event that a refund has been approved; please allow 72 hours for the refund to be processed by Tiny Style. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method only (ie. Credit Card, PayPal, Afterpay or zipPay), this is for security purposes.
All refunds will be processed in AUD. Your bank may charge conversion fees for international refunds and payments, these are out of our control and tinystyle.com.au will not be held liable for any loss caused as a result.
Returned items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
